Latvian Symbol Eggs

Painted egg shaped glass ornaments. The deliberately mottled looking brown paint is meant to resemble onion skin dyed eggs like we used to make with our grandmother. The Latvian symbols are drawn by hand using an acrylic paint marker followed by varnish. The ornament top is covered with decorative tape and each one is finished with a black ribbon.

Each ornament is unique as they are all hand done.
